Under Decree Law No. 3 of 2008, all foreign residents in Panama must report any change of address within 30 days to the Servicio Nacional de Migración (SNM).

Fine of B/.100 for late notification 💸
Repeat offences can even lead to cancellation of residency or deportation 🚫
🧾 What you need to update:
Copy of passport & residence card
Proof of new address (lease, utility bill, or property title)
If a lawyer submits for you → notarized power of attorney
💬 Is there an amnesty?
Immigration office announced that this can be done until Dec 31st 2025
